The Zebra ZT610 is a 4-inch industrial label printer from Zebra's ZT600 Series – the successor to the legendary Xi Series – built for 24/7 high-volume labelling in manufacturing, warehouses, transport and logistics. Its all-metal construction and fanless thermal management keep it printing even in dusty, demanding environments, while the bright 4.3-inch colour display shows the printer status at a glance. It prints thermal transfer and direct thermal labels at 300 dpi, up to 104 mm wide and at up to 305 mm/s (12 ips). This version, ZT61043-T2E0100Z, is fitted with the factory-installed rewinder, which rewinds a full roll of printed labels on a 76 mm core – or peels the labels and rewinds the liner; it connects via USB 2.0, USB Host, RS-232 serial, Gigabit Ethernet and Bluetooth 4.1. EU and UK power cords are included; the USB interface cable must be ordered separately.

The ZT610 prints up to 104 mm wide in 203, 300 or 600 dpi – plus the 600 dpi Micro Label Printer version for labels as small as 3 mm; the ZT620 prints up to 168 mm wide (203 or 300 dpi) for large labels such as A5 shipping or GHS drum labels.
