Zebra DS3678-SR Industrial Wireless Scanner (DS3678-SR3U42A0SFW)

The Zebra DS3678 is an ultra-rugged cordless Bluetooth® 2D handheld scanner for warehouses, manufacturing plants, cold storage, yards and forklifts. It reads virtually every 1D and 2D barcode – including damaged, dirty, shrink-wrapped and poorly printed codes – survives multiple 3 m drops to concrete, 7,500 tumbles and full submersion in water (IP65 and IP68), and its 3,100 mAh PowerPrecision+ battery easily lasts a full shift. Class 1 Bluetooth gives you up to 100 m of freedom from the cradle, and the scanner is backed by a 3-year (36-month) Zebra warranty. This version, DS3678-SR3U42A0SFW, has the Standard Range (SR) engine (the all-round choice for everyday 1D and 2D barcodes) and is the USB cradle kit without line cord: it is supplied with the STB3678 charging and communication cradle (Bluetooth base), a USB cable and a power supply – the AC line cord is ordered separately.

🔌 The power supply is included, but the AC line cord is not – please add: EU line cord 50-16000-220R (UK sockets: UK line cord 50-16000-219R). Without mains power the cradle can also run on USB power from the PC, but a full charge then takes up to 10 hours instead of about 3 hours.

• Charging contacts built for industry – corrosion-free Connect+ contacts are rated for 250,000 insertions, and the sealed FLB3678 forklift cradle is IP65-rated – the first in its class.
• PRZM intelligent imaging – reads damaged, dirty, poorly printed, low-contrast and shrink-wrapped barcodes at the first attempt, as well as Digimarc digital watermarks.
• Multi-Code Data Formatting and Label Parse+ – capture up to 20 barcodes with one trigger pull and automatically parse GS1 data such as expiry dates and lot numbers.
• Clear feedback in noisy environments – Direct Decode Indicator, bright wrap-around LEDs, a loud beeper and vibration confirm every good read.
• Flexible host connection – the cradle connects via USB, RS232 or keyboard wedge, and through the Zebra EA3600 adapter directly to Industrial Ethernet PLCs (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP, TCP/IP) – no third-party converters needed.
• Free management tools – configure with 123Scan, manage remotely with Scanner Management Service (SMS) and integrate using the Zebra Scanner SDK and Network Connect (Zebra DataCapture DNA).
