RAM Mounts Double Socket Arm with Key-Lock Knob, C-Size, Medium, 145 mm (RAM-201LU) is the connecting link of the RAM ball-and-socket system: it joins two RAM C-size (1.5") ball components – typically a ball base fixed in a vehicle, on a forklift or at a workstation and a device holder or cradle with a matching ball. With 144.5 mm (5.69") overall and 118.4 mm (4.66") between the sockets, it is RAM's standard medium-length arm. A spring inside the arm keeps the sockets open for easy fitting, and turning the knob clamps both ball joints firmly at the angle you need. The supplied key-lock knob with brass insert (2 keys) locks the arm once the device is positioned: when locked, the knob spins freely, so the arm cannot be loosened without the key.
