Honeywell Granit 1991i Rugged Barcode Scanner (1991ISR-3USB-5-R)

The Honeywell Granit XP 1991i is an ultra-rugged cordless Bluetooth® 2D handheld scanner for warehouses, manufacturing plants, logistics yards and forklift work. It reads damaged and poor-quality 1D and 2D barcodes, survives 3 m drops to concrete and 7,000 tumbles, is sealed to IP65 and IP67, and its replaceable 2,450 mAh battery delivers up to 50,000 scans per charge. Scanner and base communicate via Class 1 Bluetooth over up to 100 m line of sight. The scanner is backed by a 3-year Honeywell warranty (battery: 1 year). This version, 1991ISR-3USB-5-R, has Standard Range (SR) optics (for near-field 1D and 2D scanning) and is the USB kit: it is supplied with the CCB22 charge and communication base (Bluetooth base), a 3 m USB cable and the battery – everything you need to start scanning cordlessly at your PC.

• Full-shift battery – the replaceable 2,450 mAh Li-ion battery (BAT-SCN05) delivers up to 50,000 scans or about 14 hours of operation (at 1 scan per second) per charge; spare batteries can be charged in the 4-bay battery charger.
• Charge and communication base – the CCB22 base charges the scanner and connects up to 3 scanners to the host via USB, keyboard wedge or RS-232, depending on the cable; it runs on USB power or on the optional power supply.
• Works from −20 °C to 50 °C – in cold stores, on outdoor docks and in hot production halls.
• Fast, intuitive scanning – motion tolerance of up to 4.5 m/s and omnidirectional reading for quick point-and-shoot use.
• Clear feedback in noisy environments – bright good-decode LEDs, a beeper with adjustable tone and volume, and adjustable vibration.
• Easy management – deploy and update scanners automatically with Honeywell Scanner Management Utility (SMU) and get on-demand scan insights with Honeywell Operational Intelligence.

Not sure which version you need? For a new workstation choose a USB kit – it includes the scanner, battery, CCB22 charge and communication base and USB cable. The scanner-only versions are intended as replacement or additional scanners for an existing CCB22 base (or for use with a separately ordered base and cable). Choose SR for near-field 1D and 2D scanning, XR to read everything from small close-up labels to large codes at up to 10 m, and XLR for distances of up to 24 m – from a forklift to the top of high-bay racks.
