The Citizen CL-S400DT (1000835) is the first-generation 4-inch direct thermal desktop printer for tickets, labels and tags. It prints at 203 dpi and up to 150 mm/s (6 ips), takes 5" (125 mm) rolls or fanfold stacks from 12.5 to 118 mm wide, and its Cross-Emulation™ switches automatically between Zebra ZPL II and Datamax. A 2-colour LCD, a Hi-Lift™ metal mechanism, a built-in ENERGY STAR power supply and USB + RS-232 interfaces come as standard. Supplied with an EU power cord and driver CD – the interface cable is ordered separately.

⚠️ Please note: no interface cable is included. The printer cannot be connected to your computer or POS system without one – please order a USB cable separately: the Bixolon USB-KAB-G USB cable (USB A to B) fits, as does any standard USB 2.0 A-to-B printer cable.

💡 Useful extras: a dealer-installable guillotine cutter (Citizen 2000424); a basic peeler for label dispensing (Citizen 2000411); the external 8" roll holder (Citizen 2000447); an Ethernet or Wi-Fi interface card for network printing (Citizen PPS00585S).
