Citizen CL-S400DT Desktop Label Printer

The Citizen CL-S400DT is a 4-inch direct thermal desktop label printer for shipping, warehouse and retail labels that don't need a ribbon. It prints 203 dpi across 104 mm, takes roll and fanfold labels, and has an LCD with USB and RS-232. The current CL-S400DTII prints up to 200 mm/s, the previous-generation CL-S400DT up to 150 mm/s.

Which version?

  • CL-S400DTII (CLS400DTIINEBRXN) — current generation, up to 200 mm/s.
  • CL-S400DT (1000835) — previous generation, up to 150 mm/s.

Both print 203 dpi direct thermal across 104 mm, have USB + RS-232 and an LCD, and come with a built-in power supply and EU power cord. An external paper roll holder is available as an accessory.

CL-S400DT or CL-S521?

Choose the CL-S400DTII for up to 200 mm/s and an LCD. Choose the direct thermal CL-S521 from the CL-S621 Series if you want the option of a LAN or Wi-Fi card, or a thermal transfer model from the same series for long-life labels.
