    PriežastisSpausdintuvas veikia klaidos režimu.

    Sprendimas

    1. Atidarykite dangtį. Jei ritinys tuščias, įdėkite naują.
    2. Išimkite etikečių kelyje įstrigusias etiketes, nenaudodami aštrių įrankių.
    3. Spauskite spausdinimo ir juostelės mechanizmą žemyn, kol abu fiksavimo liežuvėliai spragtelės, ir uždarykite dangtį. PC42E-T paspauskite Print, kad tęstumėte; PC42E-D darbą tęsia pats.
    4. Etiketės įdėtos, bet lemputė vis dar raudona: sukalibruokite (2 sekundes palaikykite spausdinimo mygtuką).
    5. „Printhead Lifted“, nors mechanizmas uždarytas (PC42E-T): patikrinkite, ar dešinėje spausdinimo ir juostelės mechanizmo pusėje yra apvalus baltas lipdukas.
    2. Juostelės problemos (PC42E-T)Raudona lemputė, nors juostelė įdėta, arba baigėsi juostelė

    PriežastisJuostelė baigėsi arba įdėta netinkamai, arba nustatytas tiesioginis terminis spausdinimas.

    Sprendimas

    1. Patikrinkite, ar ritinyje dar yra juostelės ir ar jos galas pritvirtintas prie suvyniojimo įvorės.
    2. Naudokite tik juostelę su dažų sluoksniu išorėje (ink-out), o dažų pusė po spausdinimo galvute turi būti nukreipta į etiketes.
    3. Patikrinkite juostelės įvorės jungiklį: išorėje 0,5 col. įvorėms, viduje 1 col. įvorėms ar juostelės adapteriui.
    4. Kai juostelė įdėta, tinklalapyje arba programoje nustatykite Configure › Printing › Media › Print Method į terminį pernešimą. Tiesioginio terminio spausdinimo etiketėms išimkite juostelę.
    3. Etiketės išeina tuščiosSpausdintuvas prasuka etiketes, bet niekas neišspausdinama

    PriežastisEtiketės įdėtos netinkama puse arba joms reikia juostelės.

    Sprendimas

    1. Perbraukite spausdinamąją pusę nagu. Juoda žymė reiškia tiesioginio terminio spausdinimo etiketę: ši pusė turi būti nukreipta į spausdinimo galvutę.
    2. Žymės nėra: etiketėms reikia juostelės. PC42E-T įdėkite juostelę ir nustatykite terminio pernešimo spausdinimo būdą; PC42E-D ant jų spausdinti negali.
    4. Etiketės praleidžiamos arba spausdintuvas vis prasukinėjaSpaudinys atsiduria ant dviejų etikečių arba tarp jų lieka tuščių

    PriežastisNeatliktas kalibravimas, netinkama jutiklio padėtis ar etiketės dydis arba įstrigusi etiketė.

    Sprendimas

    1. Atidarykite spausdintuvą, pašalinkite prie tarpų jutiklio įstrigusią etiketę ir nuvalykite spausdinimo galvutę.
    2. Pastumkite medžiagos jutiklio liežuvėlį į padėtį tarpas, juoda žymė arba audinio etiketės ir kita medžiaga – pagal savo etiketes.
    3. Tvarkyklėje ir etikečių programoje nustatykite tikslų etiketės dydį.
    4. Sukalibruokite: 2 sekundes palaikykite spausdinimo mygtuką. Jei etiketės vis dar praleidžiamos, išjunkite ECO lėtam kalibravimui ir sukalibruokite dar kartą.

    5. Blyškus, dėmėtas ar nepilnas spaudinysSilpnas spaudinys, baltos linijos arba išspausdinta tik dalis etiketės

    PriežastisNešvari spausdinimo galvutė, per mažas tamsumas, netinkama juostelė arba neužfiksuotas mechanizmas.

    Sprendimas

    1. Spauskite spausdinimo ir juostelės mechanizmą žemyn, kol abu fiksavimo liežuvėliai spragtelės.
    2. Nuvalykite spausdinimo galvutę: išjunkite spausdintuvą ir ištraukite laidą, išimkite medžiagą ir juostelę, pakiškite valymo kortelę po spausdinimo galvute, nuleiskite mechanizmą, ištraukite kortelę ir palaukite apie 30 sekundžių. Nuo prispaudimo velenėlio nuvalykite likučius vatos lazdele su izopropilo alkoholiu.
    3. Padidinkite Darkness (1–100) tinklalapio skiltyje Configure › Printing › Print Quality arba etikečių programoje.
    4. PC42E-T: naudokite juostelę, kurios danga tinka etiketės medžiagai.
    6. Niekas nespausdinamaLemputė nešviečia arba šviečia žaliai, bet etiketė neišeina

    PriežastisMaitinimas, kabelis, tvarkyklė arba tinklas.

    Sprendimas

    1. Lemputė nešviečia: patikrinkite maitinimo jungiklį, žalią maitinimo šaltinio lemputę ir abi maitinimo jungtis.
    2. Lemputė žalia: iš naujo prijunkite sąsajos kabelį abiejuose galuose ir patikrinkite spausdintuvą bei prievadą Windows sistemoje.
    3. Tinklas: išspausdinkite konfigūracijos etiketę (maždaug 6 sekundes palaikykite spausdinimo mygtuką). Jei rodomas IP adresas 0.0.0.0, palaukite 10 sekundžių ir išspausdinkite dar vieną. PC42E-D raudonas Network indikatorius reiškia Ethernet arba Wi-Fi klaidą.
    4. Iš naujo įdiekite Honeywell InterDriver (žr. PC42E nustatymo vadovą).
    7. Geltona lemputė arba pakaitomis raudona ir žaliaPriklauso nuo signalo

    Sprendimas

    1. Nuolat geltona (PC42E-T) arba Pause ir Status mirksi raudonai (PC42E-D): per karšta spausdinimo galvutė. Leiskite jai atvėsti; PC42E-D po to paleiskite iš naujo.
    2. Mirksi geltonai, kai įkištas USB atmintukas: vyksta programinės aparatinės įrangos atnaujinimas. Ištraukite atmintuką, kai lemputė ims nuolat šviesti žaliai.
    3. Lėtai mirksi geltonai: patikrinkite, ar etiketės dizaine netrūksta šrifto ir ar objektai nėra už spausdinamos srities ribų.
    4. Pakaitomis raudona ir žalia: aparatinės įrangos gedimas. Kreipkitės į mus dėl serviso.
    8. Gamyklinių nustatymų atkūrimasNumatytųjų nustatymų grąžinimas

    PriežastisNeaišku, kas pakeista nustatymuose. Atkūrimas gali ištrinti tinklo nustatymus, todėl pirmiausia juos užsirašykite.

    Sprendimas mygtuku (pagal PC42E-T naudotojo vadovą)

    1. Išjunkite spausdintuvą ir atidarykite dangtį.
    2. Paspauskite abiejų fiksavimo liežuvėlių viršų, kad atidarytumėte spausdinimo ir juostelės mechanizmą.
    3. Įjunkite spausdintuvą. Kai Status lemputė pradės mirksėti žaliai, paspauskite ir laikykite Print, kol lemputė užges.
    4. Patikrinkite medžiagą, uždarykite spausdinimo ir juostelės mechanizmą bei dangtį, tada sukalibruokite iš naujo.

    Tinklalapyje eikite į Services › Restore Defaults, pažymėkite Network settings, User-Installed Files ir (arba) System Settings, spustelėkite Restore ir patvirtinkite. PrintSet turi Factory Default Wizard. PC42E-D trumpajame vadove atkūrimas mygtuku neaprašytas; šiam modeliui naudokite PrintSet arba tinklalapį (kelias iš PC42E-T vadovo).

    Spausdintuvas veikia klaidos režimu: dažniausiai baigėsi medžiaga ar juostelė, atidaryta spausdinimo galvutė arba trukdo etiketė. Pašalinkite priežastį ir paspauskite Print; jei etiketės įdėtos, sukalibruokite.

    Kaip atkurti Honeywell PC42E-T gamyklinius nustatymus?

    Išjunkite spausdintuvą, atidarykite spausdinimo mechanizmą, įjunkite ir, kai lemputė pradės mirksėti žaliai, laikykite Print, kol ji užges. Arba tinklalapyje naudokite Services › Restore Defaults.

    Kodėl mano PC42E spausdina tuščias etiketes?

    Tiesioginio terminio spausdinimo etiketės įdėtos netinkama puse arba etiketėms reikia juostelės, kurią gali naudoti tik PC42E-T.
