Honeywell PC42E-T ar PC42E-D etikečių spausdintuvo kalibravimas

Nustatykite jutiklį etiketėms su tarpais ar juoda žyme, sukalibruokite spausdinimo mygtuku, pasirinkite greitą ar lėtą ECO kalibravimą ir išspręskite praleidžiamų etikečių problemą.

    PC42E-T ir PC42E-D kiekvienos etiketės pradžią randa medžiagos jutikliu. Kalibruojant („Honeywell“ tai vadina testfeed) išmatuojamos jūsų etiketės, kad kiekvienas spaudinys atsidurtų toje pačioje vietoje. Kalibravimą paleidžiate spausdinimo mygtuku, o tinklalapyje ir PrintSet galite pasirinkti, kaip jis vyks.

    Jums reikės
    • Etikečių, kurias norite spausdinti, įdėtų į spausdintuvą (ir juostelės, jei PC42E-T spausdinate terminio pernešimo būdu)
    • Kelių atsarginių etikečių: kalibruojant dalis jų prasukama
    • Tinklalapiui: spausdintuvo, prijungto prie jūsų tinklo, ir jo IP adreso

    Kada kalibruoti

    • Nustatant spausdintuvą pirmą kartą.
    • Perėjus prie kito dydžio ar tipo etikečių.
    • Atkūrus gamyklinius nustatymus.
    • Kai etiketės praleidžiamos, spausdinama per tarpą arba spausdintuvas vis prasukinėja etiketes.
    • Kai Status lemputė mirksi raudonai, nors etiketės įdėtos. „Honeywell“ kaip vieną iš priežasčių nurodo neatliktą kalibravimą („no testfeed performed“).

    Nustatykite medžiagos jutiklį pagal etiketes

    Atidarykite dangtį ir spausdinimo ir juostelės mechanizmą. Medžiagos jutiklio viduryje yra liežuvėlis: pastumkite jį į jūsų etiketėms skirtą padėtį. PC42E-D trumpajame vadove parodyti tie patys trys medžiagos tipai.

    Patikrinkite, ar etiketės eina po spausdinimo ir juostelės mechanizmu ir išeina pro priekį, o medžiagos laikikliai priglausti prie kraštų. Nuleiskite mechanizmą, kol abu fiksavimo liežuvėliai spragtelės, ir uždarykite dangtį. Įdėjimas žingsnis po žingsnio aprašytas PC42E nustatymo vadove.

    Pasirinkite greitą arba lėtą kalibravimą

    Mygtukas ECO perjungia du kalibravimo režimus:

    • ECO šviečia žaliai (greitas): spausdintuvas kalibruoja sunaudodamas kuo mažiau medžiagos. Naudokite, kai norite taupyti etiketes.
    • ECO nešviečia (lėtas): spausdintuvas matuoja per kelias etiketes. Naudokite, kai spausdintuvui sunku rasti tarpus ar žymes.

    Tinklalapyje tas pats pasirinkimas yra nustatymas Media Calibration Mode (Fast arba Slow). „Honeywell“ gamyklinis nustatymas – Slow.

    Kalibruokite spausdinimo mygtuku

    1. Įjunkite spausdintuvą ir palaukite, kol Status lemputė ims nuolat šviesti žaliai.
    2. Paspauskite ir 2 sekundes palaikykite Print (PC42E-D: Print/Feed), tada atleiskite.
    3. Matuodamas etiketes spausdintuvas prasuka kelias jų. Nuplėškite jas.
    4. Vieną kartą paspauskite mygtuką: spausdintuvas turi prasukti lygiai vieną etiketę ir sustoti ties kitos pradžia.

    Jei mygtuką palaikysite maždaug 6 sekundes, spausdintuvas sukalibruos ir išspausdins konfigūracijos etiketę su dabartiniais nustatymais.

    PC42E-T pagal numatytuosius nustatymus mygtuko laikymui priskirta funkcija Smart Calibration. Pasak „Honeywell“, ji aptinka medžiagos tipą (tarpai, juoda žymė ar ištisinė), ar įdėta juostelė, ir etiketės ilgį. Ją galite pakeisti į Testfeed skiltyje Configure › System Settings › General › Hold Feed Button Action.

    Svarbu

    Nelaikykite mygtuko nuspaudę įjungdami spausdintuvą, nebent norite pakeisti spausdintuvo kalbą. Paleidžiamas spausdintuvas išspausdina pavyzdinę etiketę kiekvienai kalbai, o paspaudus mygtuką pasirenkama tuo metu spausdinama kalba. Jei taip nutiko netyčia, skiltyje Configure › System Settings › General vėl nustatykite Command Language į Autosense (numatytąjį) ir paleiskite spausdintuvą iš naujo.

    Patikrinkite medžiagos nustatymus tinklalapyje

    Įveskite spausdintuvo IP adresą naršyklėje, spustelėkite Login (numatytieji prisijungimo duomenys nurodyti Honeywell PC42E-T naudotojo vadove) ir atidarykite Configure › Printing › Media. Patikrinkite šiuos nustatymus ir spustelėkite Save:

    • Media Type: atitinka jūsų etiketes. Numatytasis – Media with Gaps.
    • Print Method (PC42E-T): terminis pernešimas su juostele, tiesioginis terminis spausdinimas be jos. Numatytasis – Thermal Transfer.
    • Media Calibration Mode: Fast arba Slow, kaip aprašyta aukščiau.

    Skiltyje Configure › System Settings › General nustatymas Head Down Action lemia, kas vyksta uždarius spausdinimo mechanizmą. Numatytasis – Formfeed (viena etiketė). Jei dažnai keičiate etiketes, nustatykite Testfeed: tada spausdintuvas kalibruojasi kaskart jį uždarius ir kalibruodamas išspausdina dvi konfigūracijos etiketes. PrintSet tuos pačius nustatymus siūlo skiltyje Configuration. Šie keliai paimti iš PC42E-T naudotojo vadovo.

    Suderinkite etiketės dydį programoje

    Spausdintuvui iš kompiuterio taip pat reikia teisingo etiketės dydžio. InterDriver spausdinimo nuostatose ir etikečių programoje įveskite tikslų etikečių plotį ir aukštį. Programoje nurodžius netinkamą etiketės dydį, spaudinys gali slinkti net po sėkmingo kalibravimo.

    Jei etiketės vis tiek praleidžiamos

    • Perjunkite į lėtą kalibravimą (ECO nešviečia) ir sukalibruokite dar kartą.
    • Patikrinkite jutiklio liežuvėlio padėtį ir ar etiketės eina virš jutiklio.
    • Ieškokite įstrigusios etiketės. Jei spausdintuvas vis prasukinėja etiketes, „Honeywell“ pataria pašalinti etiketę, užstojančią tarpų jutiklį, ir nuvalyti spausdinimo galvutę.
    • Tiksliai sureguliuokite pradžios padėtį nustatymu Label Top Adjust skiltyje Configure › Printing › Media. Teigiama reikšmė prieš spausdinant prasuka daugiau medžiagos, neigiama – patraukia ją atgal. Reikšmė nurodoma taškais: 1 mm atitinka 8 taškai esant 203 dpi ir 12 taškų esant 300 dpi.

    Kai spausdintuvas parengtas, 2 sekundes palaikykite mygtuką Print ir atleiskite. Spausdintuvas prasuka kelias etiketes ir sukalibruoja jutiklį.

    Ką PC42E spausdintuve daro mygtukas ECO?

    Jis perjungia kalibravimą tarp greito (ECO šviečia, sunaudojama mažiau etikečių) ir lėto (ECO nešviečia, matuojama per kelias etiketes – sunkiai aptinkamai medžiagai).

    Ar reikia kalibruoti įdėjus kiekvieną naują ritinį?

    Ne. Kalibruokite, kai pereinate prie kito dydžio ar tipo etikečių arba kai etiketės pradeda būti praleidžiamos.

    Kodėl mano PC42E vietoj vien kalibravimo išspausdina konfigūracijos etiketę?

    Mygtuką laikėte maždaug 6 sekundes. Palaikius 2 sekundes atliekamas tik kalibravimas, o palaikius 6 sekundes – kalibravimas ir konfigūracijos etiketės spausdinimas.
