The Zebra LI3678 is an ultra-rugged cordless Bluetooth® 1D linear imager for warehouses, manufacturing plants, cold storage, yards and forklifts. It captures 1D barcodes as fast as workers can pull the trigger – including damaged, dirty, shrink-wrapped and poorly printed codes as well as barcodes on screens – survives multiple 3 m drops to concrete, 7,500 tumbles and full submersion in water (IP65 and IP68), and its 3,100 mAh PowerPrecision+ battery easily lasts a full shift. Class 1 Bluetooth gives you up to 100 m of freedom from the cradle, and the scanner is backed by a 3-year (36-month) Zebra warranty. Please note: the LI3678 reads 1D (linear) barcodes only – it does not read 2D codes such as QR codes, Data Matrix or PDF417. This version, LI3678-SR3U42A0S1W, has the Standard Range (SR) engine (for everyday 1D barcodes from 2.5 cm up to about 1 m, on labels and on screens) and is the USB cradle kit without line cord: it is supplied with the STB3678 charging and communication cradle (Bluetooth base), a USB cable and a power supply – the AC line cord is ordered separately.

• 1D only – please check your barcodes – the LI3678 does not read QR codes, Data Matrix, PDF417 or other 2D codes. If you need them, choose the Zebra DS3678 2D scanner – same rugged housing, same cables and accessories.
• Cordless freedom up to 100 m – Class 1 Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) with HID and SPP profiles and FIPS-compliant security; pair with the cradle by simply docking the scanner, or connect directly to Bluetooth PCs, tablets and mobile computers.
• PowerPrecision+ battery for long shifts – the 3,100 mAh Li-ion battery delivers more than 140,000 scans per full charge, reports its charge level and health, and is easy to replace for multi-shift operation.
• Smart cordless features – Virtual Tether alerts the user when the scanner is taken out of range or left out of the cradle for too long, Wi-Fi Friendly Mode prevents interference with your Wi-Fi network, and AutoConfig automatically loads the settings stored in the cradle – move a scanner from the forklift to the shipping desk without reconfiguring it.

Not sure which version you need? First choose the engine – SR for everyday 1D scanning at close to medium distances (up to about 1 m, also from screens) or ER to scan labels from 5 cm up to about 17 m, from the hand to the top rack shelf. Then pick the package: the USB cradle kits include everything you need to start scanning – cradle, USB cable and power supply (for European sockets add an EU line cord) – while the scanner-only versions are ideal for adding scanners to an existing installation with STB3678 or FLB3678 cradles already in place.
