The M3 Mobile SM20 F is a rugged full-touch Android mobile computer in a slim smartphone format – built for retail, warehouse, logistics, delivery and field-service staff who scan all day. It combines a 5" HD Gorilla Glass display, a 2.0 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 octa-core processor, 4 GB RAM / 64 GB flash, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, a hot-swappable battery and IP65 sealing. This version, SM2F4R-R2CHSS-HF, is the F (frozen) model with anti-fog display, 4G LTE and GPS for cold stores and freezers down to −30 °C. Configuration: the SE4710 2D imager, 4 GB RAM / 64 GB flash, Android 11 with GMS, low-temperature 4100 mAh battery.

• Uses the SM15 accessory range – SM15 charging and Ethernet cradles, USB snap-on chargers, pistol grips, UHF RFID snap-on, wearable mounts and vehicle cradles fit the SM20, so existing SM15 installations can be upgraded easily.
• M3 SPEEDPACK – the StartUp tool configures hundreds of devices at once by scanning a few barcodes; MDM support (e.g. SOTI).

Technical Specifications

The SM20 series comes as the standard SM20 (−20 °C to 60 °C) and the SM20 F frozen model (−30 °C to 60 °C), each with 4G LTE and a choice of scan engines and batteries. For normal temperatures, the standard model M3 Mobile SM20 X (SM2X4R-R2CHSE-HF) is available. Prefer a different scan engine?
