The Epson TM-T88VII is the latest generation of the market-leading TM-T88 series – a fast, reliable 80 mm thermal receipt printer for busy retail checkouts, supermarkets, restaurants and hospitality. It prints sharp 180 dpi receipts at up to 500 mm/s, cuts them automatically, supports eco-friendly phenol-free paper and is fully software-compatible with the TM-T88V and TM-T88VI, so it drops straight into existing POS installations. This version, C31CJ57111, has a white housing and USB + serial (RS-232) + Ethernet interfaces; it comes with an Epson PS-190 power supply and a power cord with an EU (Schuko) plug – an interface cable is not included.

⚠️ Please note: no interface cable is included. The printer cannot be connected to your computer or POS system without one – please order a USB cable separately: the Bixolon USB-KAB-G USB cable (USB A to B) fits, as does any standard USB 2.0 A-to-B printer cable. For a network connection, use a standard RJ45 Ethernet patch cable (not included).
💡 Useful extras: 80 mm thermal paper rolls (Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 60, 80 mm (3013286) or Zebra Z-Perform 1000D 80, 80 mm (3012973)); the Epson OT-WL06 Wi-Fi dongle for wireless network printing; the Epson WH-10 (C32C845040) wall-hanging bracket for mounting the printer on a wall; the Epson OT-BX88VII (C32C814618) power supply cover, which holds the PS-190 neatly under the printer. The RJ12 drawer kick-out port opens a standard 24 V cash drawer automatically with every sale.

- Wi-Fi ready – plug the optional Epson OT-WL06 dongle into the USB host port for dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4/5 GHz).
- 80 mm or 58 mm paper – easy drop-in loading for rolls up to 83 mm in diameter; the supplied spacer switches to 58 mm rolls, and phenol-free thermal paper is supported.
- Eco-conscious design – lower power consumption, a quieter print mechanism (approx. 52 dB(A)), a smaller power supply and paper-saving functions.
- Built-in buzzer and cash drawer port – an audible alert for new orders or errors, and the drawer kick-out port opens a cash drawer automatically with every sale.
- Broad software support – ESC/POS command set with APD (Windows), OPOS, OPOS.NET, JavaPOS, CUPS (Linux) and macOS drivers; works with virtually all POS software, including Loyverse.
- Flexible installation – place it horizontally or vertically on the counter, or mount it on the wall with the optional WH-10 bracket.

Which version should you choose? Pick USB + serial + Ethernet (111/112) to connect older POS systems via RS-232, USB + PoweredUSB + Ethernet (131/132) for POS terminals with a 24 V PoweredUSB port – one cable for power and data, no power supply needed – or USB + Ethernet with two USB host ports (151/152) for modern network and tablet POS.
