Datalogic Magellan 3670 VSi Presentation Scanner (M3670-010200)

The Datalogic Magellan 3600VSi is a next-generation vertical on-counter presentation scanner for attended checkouts, self-checkouts and kiosks. Its single-plane digital imager reads 1D and 2D barcodes – including GS1 Digital Link, Digimarc and composite codes – on printed labels as well as on phone screens, with high motion tolerance and 25% faster 2D throughput than the previous generation. The compact vertical design fits even tight counters, the soft adaptive illumination is easy on the eyes, and it comes with a 3-year Datalogic warranty. The Magellan 3670VSi is the top model of the series: in addition to color image capture, the AUX port and USB-C power delivery it has a built-in 1 MP color video camera for loss prevention and item recognition. This version, M3670-010200, is supplied as the scanner only – an interface cable, mount and power supply are not included.

Technical Specifications

Not sure which version you need? All Magellan 3600VSi versions share the same fast single-plane 2D imager. The 3610VSi is the standard model, the 3650VSi adds color image capture, a powered AUX port and USB-C power delivery, and the 3670VSi also adds a color video camera. Versions supplied as the scanner only need a cable (USB for PCs and modern POS systems, RS-232 with a power supply for serial terminals).
