Choosing the Right Ribbon

• Wax – the economical choice for paper labels: shipping, logistics, warehouse and retail.
• Wax/Resin – sharper, more durable print on coated paper and many synthetic labels; resists smudging and light scratching.
• Resin – maximum durability on synthetic labels (PP, PE, PET) exposed to abrasion, chemicals, heat or outdoor conditions.

Tip: choose a ribbon at least as wide as your label (but no wider than your printer's maximum ribbon width), and check that the ink side (Out/In) matches your printer.
