The Zebra ZQ521 is a 4-inch mobile printer from Zebra's ZQ500 series that prints both receipts and labels — built for delivery drivers, route sales, field service and warehouse staff who print on the move. It prints 203 dpi direct thermal with no ribbon to carry, connects over Bluetooth with an optional Wi-Fi version, and handles delivery notes, invoices, shelf labels and carton labels from the same device. Worn on a belt or mounted in a vehicle, it lets staff print at the door, the shelf or the dock instead of walking back to a desktop printer.
Which version?
Every ZQ521 prints at 203 dpi using direct thermal, so there is no ribbon to carry. The difference is the radio:
ZQ52-BUW… — Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The standard choice when print jobs can come from a server as well as the user's own device.
ZQ52-BUE… — Bluetooth only, for printing from the handheld or phone the same person carries.
ZQ521 or ZQ630 Plus?
Both print receipts and labels on 4-inch media. Choose the ZQ630 Plus if you need RFID encoding; otherwise the ZQ521 covers the same delivery, route-sales and warehouse work.
All ZQ521 printers below are CE certified and covered by Zebra's manufacturer warranty. Direct thermal print fades over time, so use it for receipts and logistics labels rather than long-life asset tags.
