Honeywell PC41E-D & PC42E-D Desktop Label Printer
The Honeywell PC41E-D and PC42E-D are compact direct thermal desktop label printers for e-commerce, shops, small warehouses and offices printing shipping labels, parcel labels and short-life product labels every day. They print at 203 or 300 dpi with no ribbon to buy or change, so running costs and setup stay simple. The PC41E-D connects over USB to a single PC; the PC42E-D adds Ethernet and RS232 so it can be shared on the network.

- PC42E-D — Ethernet, USB and RS232. Shared by several users or connected to a WMS, ERP or shipping system.
203 or 300 dpi?
Part numbers ending …200 are 203 dpi, which is right for carrier shipping labels and standard barcodes. Those ending …300 are 300 dpi, for small text, 2D codes and smaller product labels.
All printers below are CE certified and covered by manufacturer warranty. Direct thermal labels fade over time and with heat or sunlight, so for labels that must last, choose the thermal transfer PC42E-T. See our direct thermal labels.
