The BIXOLON XT3-40 is a 4-inch midrange thermal transfer label printer for warehouses, light manufacturing, despatch and chemical labelling that have outgrown a desktop printer but don't need a full industrial machine. It prints durable product, carton, pallet, compliance and GHS labels at 203 or 300 dpi, with Ethernet, USB and RS232 as standard. Its compact midrange frame takes larger ribbons and label rolls than a desktop unit, so operators change media less often.

The XT3-40 covers everyday midrange labelling at 203 and 300 dpi. Choose the XT5-40 series when you need 600 dpi for very small labels or built-in RFID encoding.
