The Datalogic Gryphon I GD4500-HC is the healthcare version of Datalogic's premium Gryphon 4500 corded 2D handheld imager. Its white, disinfectant-ready housing is treated with antimicrobial additives (ISO 22196 compliant) and is designed to withstand daily cleaning with harsh disinfectant solutions, while the 1 MP sensor with warm white illumination, a 4-dot aimer and Datalogic's Green Spot read patient wristbands, medication labels, specimen tubes and codes on phone screens and monitors. This version, GD4520-HCK1, is the GD4520 USB-only model (USB Type A or USB-C host cable): it has Standard Range (SR) optics – the all-round choice for everyday barcodes. The kit is supplied with a white 2 m USB cable, ready to plug in and scan.
