    PriežastisRitinys tuščias arba slankiojantis jutiklis netinkamoje vietoje, nešvarus ar nustatytas kitam etiketės tipui. Trūkstama etiketė ant pagrindo žymi ritinio pabaigą.

    Sprendimas

    1. Ritinys tuščias? Įdėkite naują neišjungdami spausdintuvo; išjungus dabartinė užduotis prarandama.
    2. Patikrinkite, ar etiketės eina po abiem medžiagos kreiptuvais ir ar ritinys laisvai sukasi.
    3. Patikrinkite slankiojantį jutiklį: etiketėms su tarpais ir ištisinei medžiagai – numatytoji padėtis, etiketėms su juoda žyme ar išpjovomis – virš žymės.
    4. Uždarykite dangtį ir vieną kartą paspauskite FEED arba PAUSE, kad tęstumėte.
    5. Vis dar raudona? Paleiskite SmartCal: 2 sekundes palaikykite PAUSE + CANCEL. Jei nepavyksta, žr. mūsų ZD621 kalibravimo vadovą.

    PriežastisJuostelė sunaudota. Originalių „Zebra“ juostelių gale yra atspindinti dalis, kurią spausdintuvas atpažįsta kaip ritinio pabaigą. Tą patį įspėjimą gali sukelti nešvarios juostelės aptikimo dalys.

    Sprendimas

    1. Išimkite panaudotą juostelę, pasilikite tuščią įvorę ir įdėkite naują juostelę, kaip parodyta mūsų ZD621 nustatymo vadove.
    2. Uždarykite dangtį ir vieną kartą paspauskite FEED.
    3. Spausdinate ant tiesioginio terminio spausdinimo etikečių be juostelės? Tvarkyklėje nustatykite tiesioginio terminio spausdinimo būdą.
    3. Atidarytas dangtisSTATUS raudona, PAUSE geltona · „Printhead Open“

    PriežastisDangtis atidarytas arba iki galo neužfiksuotas, arba sugedęs spausdintuvo atidarytos galvutės jungiklis.

    Sprendimas

    1. Spauskite abu priekinius dangčio kampus, kol išgirsite ir pajusite, kaip spragteli fiksatoriai.
    2. Pranešimas rodomas ir uždarius dangtį? Atidarytos galvutės jungiklį reikia remontuoti. Susisiekite su mumis.
    4. Pjoviklio arba spausdinimo galvutės klaidaDega tik raudona STATUS · „Cutter Error“

    PriežastisNuolat dega tik raudona STATUS: kažkas užstrigdė pjoviklio peiliuką. STATUS mirksi raudonai arba STATUS, PAUSE ir DATA raudonos: spausdintuvas negali nuskaityti spausdinimo galvutės arba nepripažįsta jos originalia.

    Sprendimas

    1. Pjoviklis: 5 sekundes palaikykite POWER, palaukite, kol spausdintuvas išsijungs, ir vėl jį įjunkite. Niekada nekiškite rankų į pjoviklį, nenuimkite jo dangtelio ir nevalykite jo tirpikliais. Jei klaida kartojasi, susisiekite su mumis.
    2. Spausdinimo galvutė: tinkamai įstatykite originalią „Zebra“ spausdinimo galvutę arba susisiekite su mumis.
    5. Spausdintuvas pristabdytasPAUSE nuolat šviečia geltonai

    PriežastisKažkas paspaudė PAUSE arba spausdintuvas pats pristabdė darbą po įspėjimo.

    Sprendimas

    1. Vieną kartą paspauskite PAUSE, kad spausdinimas būtų tęsiamas.
    2. Jei pirmiausia norite pašalinti užduotis: kol spausdintuvas pristabdytas, vieną kartą paspauskite CANCEL, kad atšauktumėte kitą etiketės formatą, arba palaikykite 2 sekundes, kad atšauktumėte visus laukiančius formatus.
    6. Spausdinimo galvutė per karšta arba per šaltaSTATUS geltona arba mirksi · „Printhead Over Temp“ / „Printhead Under Temp“

    PriežastisPer karšta: ilgas spausdinimas arba tiesioginiai saulės spinduliai. Per šalta: patalpoje žemiau 4,4 °C arba sugedo temperatūros jutiklis.

    Sprendimas

    1. STATUS nuolat šviečia geltonai: palaukite. Galvutei atvėsus, spausdinimas tęsiamas.
    2. STATUS ir PAUSE mirksi raudonai: išjunkite spausdintuvą, leiskite jam kelias minutes atvėsti ir įjunkite.
    3. Per šalta: išjunkite spausdintuvą, perkelkite jį į šiltesnę vietą ir leiskite lėtai sušilti, kad nesusidarytų kondensatas. Jei įspėjimas lieka, susisiekite su mumis.
    7. Trūksta atmintiesSTATUS geltona, DATA mirksi geltonai · „Out of Memory“

    PriežastisNebėra vietos etiketės formatui, grafikai, rastriniam vaizdui ar šriftui išsaugoti. Ekrano antroje eilutėje nurodoma, ko nepavyko išsaugoti.

    Sprendimas

    1. Sumažinkite etiketės formatą arba jo spausdinimo plotą.
    2. Ištrinkite nebenaudojamą išsaugotą grafiką, šriftus ir formatus.
    3. Patikrinkite, ar jūsų programa nesiunčia duomenų į atminties įrenginį, kurio spausdintuvas neturi.
    8. Etiketės išeina tuščiosĮspėjimo nėra, etiketės prasukamos be spaudinio

    PriežastisTerminio pernešimo etiketės spausdinamos be juostelės, etiketės įdėtos apverstos arba juostelės dažų sluoksnis ne toje pusėje.

    Sprendimas

    1. Greitai perbraukite etiketę nagu. Jei juodos žymės nėra, tai terminio pernešimo etiketės: įdėkite juostelę ir tvarkyklėje nustatykite terminio pernešimo būdą. Ekrane: Print › Print Quality › Print Type.
    2. Patikrinkite, ar spausdinamoji pusė nukreipta aukštyn, į spausdinimo galvutę.
    3. Prispauskite lipnios juostos gabalėlį prie juostelės ritinio išorės. Jei prie jo neprilimpa dažų, juostelė šiam spausdintuvui suvyniota netinkamai; naudokite juostelę su dažų sluoksniu išorėje.
    4. Spaudinys ne tuščias, o tik blyškus? Sureguliuokite tamsumą tvarkyklėje arba meniu Print › Print Quality › Darkness; naudokite mažiausią nustatymą, kuriam esant spaudinys švarus.
    9. Nėra tinklo ryšioNETWORK raudona

    PriežastisNuolat raudona – Ethernet ar Wi-Fi gedimas. Mirksi raudonai, paskui geltonai – Wi-Fi dar jungiasi. Palyginimui: žalia – 100 Mbit/s Ethernet ryšys arba stiprus Wi-Fi signalas, geltona – 10 Mbit/s ryšys, mirksi žaliai – silpnas Wi-Fi signalas, nedega – nėra Ethernet ryšio.

    Sprendimas

    1. Ethernet: patikrinkite kabelį abiejuose galuose ir išbandykite kitą komutatoriaus prievadą.
    2. 2 sekundes palaikykite FEED + CANCEL, kad išspausdintumėte konfigūracijos ir tinklo ataskaitas, ir patikrinkite IP nustatymus.
    3. Ekrane patikrinkite Connection › Wired arba Connection › WLAN, tada naudokite Connection › Networks › Reset Network, kad pakeitimai įsigaliotų.

    Kai įjungtas „Zebra“ ES Protected Mode (žr. mūsų nustatymo vadovą), apsaugotiems tinklo nustatymams reikia Protected Mode slaptažodžio, o priekiniame skydelyje jų pakeisti negalima.

    Ką reiškia raudona lemputė Zebra ZD621 spausdintuve?

    Raudona reiškia, kad spausdintuvui reikia dėmesio. STATUS ir SUPPLIES abi raudonos – baigėsi medžiaga; SUPPLIES mirksi raudonai – baigėsi juostelė; STATUS raudona ir PAUSE geltona – neužfiksuotas dangtis.

    Kodėl ZD621 ekranas geltonas arba raudonas?

    Spausdintuvas yra įspėjimo arba klaidos būsenos. Ekrane nurodoma problema; palieskite Help, kad gautumėte patarimų, tada taikykite atitinkamą sprendimą iš aukščiau pateiktų.

    Ekranas prašo slaptažodžio, kurio niekada nenustačiau. Ką daryti?

    Priekinį skydelį galima užrakinti slaptažodžiu ar PIN kodu, kuris neturi reikšmės, kol kas nors jo nenustato. Paklauskite to, kas nustatė spausdintuvą, arba susisiekite su mumis.
